Built by industry veterans Chris and Sam, SCH Labour offers a smarter, more transparent approach to labour hire - one that focuses on quality: quality people, quality communication, quality projects and quality of commitment, to ensure that we deliver the right workforce to the right roles, speedily and with zero guesswork.
Our story
After decades spent working in the resources industry then running labour hire companies for other people, Chris and Sam saw a growing gap in the market: clients needed a partner who truly understood industry - not just a recruiter matching keywords to resumes. They’d spent years on worksites, ships, platforms and project offices, building teams, navigating shutdowns, solving HR bottlenecks and supporting operators.
They had the experience, the drive and the network to fill that gap. So they founded SCH Labour.
